DKG v10.0.15
A selected-Context-Graph recovery, query, and operational-hardening release. For public and private Context Graphs that an Edge node explicitly selects, RFC-64 makes signed SWM catalogs the recovery authority while finalized VM remains independently derived from blockchain inventory. Ordinary SHARE operations advance the author's durable catalog, receivers verify policy and provider authority before atomic application, restart repair restores catalog state, and private receivers can bootstrap from the accepted on-chain roster without pre-existing local metadata. This release does not subscribe an Edge node to additional Context Graphs and does not make RFC-64 automatic for every CG; unselected graphs keep their existing behavior. No smart-contract changes or deployments are required.

- Selected public and private RFC-64 SWM lifecycle (#2432, #2449): ordinary durable SHARE advances the exact signed author catalog; restart repair rebuilds it from durable inventory; receivers verify access policy, provider authority, catalog lineage and payloads before committing exact state atomically.
- Private cold-join recovery (#2322, #2324, #2449): an empty authorized receiver can establish Sender Key state from the accepted on-chain roster, bridge a bounded chain of signed catalog heads, and converge without manually seeded local metadata.

- RFC-64 selection preserves Edge scope: Edge nodes synchronize only CGs they explicitly subscribe to, configure as sync intent, or rehydrate from persisted intent. Core-node manifest behavior remains configured independently.
- CLI auto-update selection is stricter (#1296): registry targets are validated before comparison, SemVer build metadata and prerelease ordering follow package semantics, manual update commands respect compatibility policy, registry failures fail closed, and telemetry exposes a missing channel explicitly.
- Graph lookup and query hot paths are bounded: sorted catalogs, scoped classification caches, graph-list caches and SPARQL analysis caches reduce repeated store work without weakening authorization.
Fixed
- First-frame RFC-64 activation and exact post-read comparison (#2451): a wire-form SHARE for a selected public CG is fenced before reverse discovery exists, and Oxigraph RDF-set round trips are compared structurally rather than by unstable line order.
- Private coalesced-head recovery (#2449): receivers can validate bounded signed ancestry after intermediate catalog heads are coalesced, while catalog compare-and-set remains anchored to durable applied state.
- Managed Oxigraph timeout pressure (#2418): retries back off instead of amplifying a busy store, while preserving bounded failure behavior.
- Missing access policy and cold graph resolution (#2426, #2433, #2434): absent policy responses, random-sampling graph resolution and durable metadata timeout fallback no longer turn recoverable states into incorrect terminal failures.
- P2P and operator recovery paths (#2415, #2419): store-busy admission and exact operator-clear flows retain durable state and avoid unsafe retry decisions.
Deployment
- No contract or deployment changes. Solidity sources, ABI files and deployment registries are unchanged from 10.0.14; nodes upgrade through the normal npm release path.
- All workspace package manifests remain aligned at
10.0.15.
Validation
- Exact-head Testnet evidence at
7d1753cec2bcce9383acd84549901015e55c52c9includes strict coordinator PASS results for public-open00(20 SWM / 20 VM), public-curated01(20 / 20), and private-curated11(50 / 50, with nonmember denial). - Private-open
10reached exact 50 SWM / 50 VM parity on the intended receiver, but the whole run was inconclusive because an additional admitted receiver did not converge and strict policy/nonmember evidence was incomplete. A clean release-preparation-head rerun remains the final certification gate.
Known limitations
- RFC-64 activation in 10.0.15 remains selected-CG/operator-controlled. Making RFC-64 the default sync behavior for every CG a node is responsible for, while preserving opt-in Edge subscriptions, is deferred to the 10.0.16 release plan.
- Testnet matrix results are valid only for their frozen DKG and harness SHAs. The release-preparation merge must pass current-head CI and the strict matrix gate before promotion to
main.
