  1. /init Command Enhancement

    • Before: If DEEPV.md already existed, a message would appear saying “File already exists, no changes made.”
    • Now: A dialog box appears, allowing the user to choose:
      • Append Update – Add new analysis to the existing content
      • Overwrite Update – Replace the entire file with the new analysis
      • Cancel – Make no changes
    • Special Case: If the file is empty (0 bytes), the dialog is skipped and the operation proceeds automatically.

  2. Issue Command Enhancement

    • Bug reports now include a “Model” field in the environment information.
    • Displays the name of the model currently in use (supports displayName).
