Permanent AgentLink collaboration without repeated GUI restarts. Rooms now hot-reload through active.json, peer_ask/listen/respond supports correlated read-only work during normal development, simultaneous questions cannot consume the wrong answer, and completing one structured goal keeps the encrypted transport connected. Verified with clean installs on Windows and Ubuntu Node.js 20/22 plus Docker.
