v0.1.1

Ported Up through ME317_Assignment_Draw_3d_arm_with_jacobian. Also removed most (all?) uses of np.mat which I've learned is deprecated.

v0.1.0
360d5f5

Ported everything up through ME317_Assignment_draw_3D_arm_individual_links. There are some differences/quirks with matplotlib handling plotting differently than matlab but otherwise so far so good.
