persy v0.2.1 — contributing-to-persy skill

Added

• contributing-to-persy skill — a contributor/maintainer playbook for
  working a GitHub issue: triage → green baseline → reproduce test-first → minimal
  fix → full suite → CHANGELOG → PR. Encodes persy's architecture invariants
  (provider ABC, frozen snapshot, append-only episodic, atomic state) and the
  public-repo hard rules (no .persy/, no machine paths, no secrets/PII, keep
  versions synced, keep mempalace lazy). Registered in persy.config.json.

persy v0.2.0 — first public release

First public release. Hardens the three providers and closes nearly every
feature request from the dogfood round (see README → "What users say").

Added — notes provider

• Scoping by user / project / session / role so orthogonal facts
  don't bleed across contexts.
• Per-section provenance: each ## section is stamped with written /
  verified dates; the SessionStart snapshot shows the age and nudges
  Nd since verify — verify before asserting once a section goes stale
  (threshold via PERSY_NOTES_STALE_DAYS, default 14).
• Section-level correction trail: mode="replace" with a section and a
  reason supersedes a claim in place, records supersedes, and archives the
  prior body to an append-only corrections log. Read it with
  persy_notes_corrections.
• Refresh-on-restart: persy_notes_reload to re-read on-disk notes
  mid-session.
• Handoff-doc import: persy_notes_import_from_file / _import_apply
  ingests an existing handoff/notes doc and proposes one note per durable item.
• persy_notes_list_sections.

Added — episodic provider (mempalace)

• persy_episodic_add_from_bus — pull a verbatim agent-to-agent message
  (body + id + author + timestamp) straight into a drawer.
• agent_role facet on drawers + search-time boost.
• supersedes / saga so a later event surfaces as the canonical-current
  view instead of returning a confused history.
• Knowledge-graph query (persy_episodic_kg_query).

Added — procedural provider (memento-skills)

• PreCompact reflection nudge.

Fixed

• PreCompact reflection read a nonexistent messages field, producing empty
  extractions (the central adoption bug). Now reads the transcript correctly.
• Reflection scanner now filters non-prose user records and de-duplicates
  before firing.

Changed

• mempalace is now an optional extra installed from PyPI:
  pip install 'persy[mempalace]' (pulls mempalace + chromadb). No more
  machine-local paths in config or error messages.
• Unified version across plugin.json, pyproject.toml, persy.config.json.
• 150 unit + integration tests green.
