Stability release, focusing mostly on Performance Improvements.

Major features:

• New native code plugin architecture, allowing dynamic plugins to be built and loaded alongside the game.
• Orders of magnitude performance improvements to world generation, terrain voxelisation and mini-map generation.
• Began building Release builds along with Debug, which provide large performance improvements.

Minor features:

• Improvements to automated tests.
• Improvements to the map gen inspector, notably with speed improvements and a progress bar.

Known issues:

• Crash when visiting a location in Linux. This relates to read permissions and will require an engine re-factor to solve.
