Dice Roller:

Extract the dice roller into a standalone app with click-to-select, including a launcher button and usage hint on the productivity profile.

Core Refactor:
Isolate roll, security clearance, skill draft, and actor logic into dedicated, unit-tested modules under module/utils/.

Testing & CI:
Add Vitest unit tests, oxlint/oxfmt tooling, and a full Playwright e2e suite covering all major sheets and features, wired into CI.

Foundry v14:
Add compatibility updates including the world creation route, manifest changes, and Treason Circle app fixes.

Localization:
Add French translation and expand German localization strings.

Styling:
Extract a shared accent color variable and restyle the dice roller launcher.
