@OthmaneBlial OthmaneBlial released this 17 Sep 02:42

GrowthLab v0.1.0-alpha.20

GrowthLab v0.1.0-alpha.20 is a source-first prerelease for the local-first SEO
growth workspace. It includes a manually validated macOS arm64 archive plus
macOS x86_64, Linux x86_64 musl, Linux arm64 musl and Windows x86_64 GNU
archives whose structures were verified locally from this exact tag. Cross-target
runtime proof remains pending; cargo-dist-compatible archive names and shell/
PowerShell installer scripts are now attached for local installation checks.

Included

  • Added explicit --include-visuals CLI and includeVisuals=true API report
controls. Reports remain capture-free by default; opt-in HTML and Markdown
exports embed only verified archived desktop and phone PNGs with dimensions
    and SHA-256 digests.
  • Added an explicit disclosure in HTML and Markdown that embedded captures are
local render artifacts, not accessibility, performance, visual-regression or
    growth results.
  • Extended the real screenshot-required bundled demo smoke to assert default
report privacy and six opt-in captures across its three sealed variants,
    without contacting provider CLIs.
  • Refreshed the public documentation page so the progress estimate and report
disclosure behavior match the checked-in status and live site.
  • Attached a Linux x86_64 musl CLI archive and checksum built from the exact
alpha.20 tag. Its archive structure and notices are verified; the ELF was not
    run on Linux here.
  • Attached a Windows x86_64 GNU CLI archive and checksum built from the exact
alpha.20 tag. Its ZIP structure and notices are verified; the executable was
    not run on Windows here.
  • Attached macOS x86_64 and Linux arm64 musl CLI archives with checksums built
from the exact alpha.20 tag. Their archive structures and notices are
verified; the macOS Intel version command also passed under Rosetta on arm64,
while Linux arm64 was not run here.
  • Added cargo-dist-compatible .tar.gz and .zip names for all five published
targets, with root-level growthlab/orx binaries, checksums and attribution
notices. The shell and PowerShell installers select these names; the shell
installer was smoke-tested on macOS arm64 from a disposable local server.

Validation

  • cargo test --locked report -- --test-threads=1 passed locally for both
binaries, including opt-in encoding and the 4 MiB bound.
  • GROWTHLAB_REQUIRE_SCREENSHOT=1 python3 scripts/test-growth-demo.py passed
against the real CLI/HTTP demo with three sealed attempts and six embedded
    captures.
  • GitHub Actions remains manually disabled; validation runs locally only.

Limits

This source prerelease does not claim native provider execution, provider
adapters, measured SEO lift, full visual-regression or assistive-technology
certification, native cross-target runtime proof, signed binaries, notarization
or adoption. The Linux and Windows archives and their installers have no
runtime evidence on matching hosts; the macOS x86_64 command was observed under
Rosetta on an arm64 host, not on native Intel hardware.

@OthmaneBlial OthmaneBlial released this 16 Sep 20:08

GrowthLab v0.1.0-alpha.9

GrowthLab v0.1.0-alpha.9 is a source prerelease for the local SEO growth
workspace.

Included

  • Inspectable page-quality hints beside the SEO page-hygiene rubric in battle
    comparisons and shareable HTML/Markdown reports.
  • Five conservative source-level signals: mobile viewport, named links and
buttons, labelled form controls, parser-blocking resource hints and claim
    guardrails.
  • Explicit ESTIMATED provenance, recommendations and limits that keep the
hints separate from measured growth, Lighthouse, accessibility and ranking
    claims.

Limits

This is a tagged source archive. It does not include standalone binaries or
installers. Native provider execution, provider adapters, continuous recording,
browser-based visual/performance evaluation, Windows validation and measured SEO
outcomes remain unverified. GitHub Actions is disabled; validation runs locally.

Passing local checks does not establish rankings, traffic, conversions or
production readiness.

workspace.

Included

  • Inspectable page-quality hints beside the SEO page-hygiene rubric in battle

  • Four conservative source-level signals: mobile viewport, named links and

  • Explicit ESTIMATED provenance, recommendations and limits that keep the
hints separate from measured growth, Lighthouse, accessibility and ranking
    claims.

Limits

This is a tagged source archive. It does not include standalone binaries or
installers. Native provider execution, provider adapters, continuous recording,
browser-based visual/performance evaluation, Windows validation and measured SEO
outcomes remain unverified. GitHub Actions is disabled; validation runs locally.

Passing local checks does not establish rankings, traffic, conversions or
production readiness.

Choose a tag to compare

@OthmaneBlial OthmaneBlial released this 16 Sep 19:43

GrowthLab v0.1.0-alpha.7

GrowthLab v0.1.0-alpha.7 is a source prerelease for the local SEO growth
workspace.

Included

  • Public GitHub checkout import into a caller-selected new local destination.
  • Local CSV comparisons that keep variant baselines separate by distribution or
channel, with descriptive intervals and explicit provenance.
  • Workspace experiment map with three untested SEO growth branches.
  • Battle preparation that preserves persisted hypothesis IDs and evidence
    lineage in each isolated variant.
  • Updated README, roadmap and public documentation with current local checks.

Limits

This is a tagged source archive. It does not include standalone binaries or
installers. Native provider execution, provider adapters, continuous recording,
richer visual/performance evaluation, Windows validation and measured SEO
outcomes remain unverified. GitHub Actions is disabled; validation runs locally.

The demo and starter branches are labelled SIMULATED or UNTESTED where
appropriate. Passing local checks does not establish rankings, traffic,
conversions or production readiness.

Choose a tag to compare

@OthmaneBlial OthmaneBlial released this 16 Sep 17:51

GrowthLab v0.1.0-alpha.6

This source prerelease adds focused, reusable growth playbooks to the local experimentation workflow.

Included

  • Ten role contracts: strategist, researcher, positioning, conversion, ethical SEO, onboarding, pricing, launch, evaluator, and skeptic.
  • Read-only GET /api/growth/playbooks catalog with explicit questions, expected outputs, and guardrails.
  • Dashboard cards and searchable documentation for choosing a growth angle without provider or analytics requests.
  • Continued local CSV measurement with descriptive 95% interval limits and honest provenance.

Validation

  • Rust: 925 passed, zero failures, two inherited ignored tests per binary (927 tests per binary).
  • UI: 171 tests; zero failures or skips.
  • Local formatting, Clippy, typecheck, styles, and production build passed.
  • API and Chrome smoke showed all ten playbook cards; no console warnings or errors and no horizontal overflow.

This is a source prerelease. It contains no standalone binaries or installers. Playbooks are templates; they do not claim external research, measured growth, provider execution, rankings, or conversion lift. Provider adapters, native-agent verification, continuous recording, and cross-platform packaging remain pending.

GrowthLab v0.1.0-alpha.5 — exploratory measurement intervals

Choose a tag to compare

@OthmaneBlial OthmaneBlial released this 16 Sep 17:36

GrowthLab v0.1.0-alpha.5

This source prerelease adds exploratory local measurement intervals to the SEO growth workflow.

Included

  • 95% normal-approximation mean intervals for groups with at least two observations.
  • 95% baseline-difference intervals when both the variant and baseline have repeated observations.
  • Matching Rust CLI and browser TypeScript calculations, with sample standard deviation and explicit n>=2 limits.
  • Dashboard and Markdown explanations that keep these values descriptive and do not infer significance, causality, or an automatic winner.
  • Updated progress, searchable docs, and the published project website at the validated source line.

Validation

  • Rust: 925 tests per binary; 923 passed, zero failures, two inherited ignored tests.
  • UI: 171 tests; zero failures or skips.
  • Local formatting, Clippy, typecheck, styles, and production build passed.
  • Chrome smoke rendered Mean 95% and Δ 95% from a synthetic local CSV with no console warnings or errors.

This is a source prerelease. It contains no standalone binaries or installers. Provider adapters, distribution-aware analysis, native-agent verification, continuous recording, and cross-platform packaging remain pending. Local checks do not prove SEO rankings, traffic, conversion lift, or provider authorization.

GrowthLab v0.1.0-alpha.4 — local measurement dashboard

Choose a tag to compare

@OthmaneBlial OthmaneBlial released this 16 Sep 17:19

What changed

  • Added a browser-local measurement panel for user-supplied CSV exports.
  • Shows descriptive means, sample sizes, date range and arithmetic baseline comparisons.
  • Keeps rows in browser memory and makes no provider request.
  • Added bounded parser coverage and updated the public progress/site status to 57%.

Evidence boundary

The summary is labelled MEASURED because it is computed from the supplied file. It does not claim causality, statistical significance, rankings, traffic, revenue or conversion lift. This is a source prerelease; no standalone binaries or installers are attached.

Local validation

  • Rust tests: 919 tests per binary, 917 passed, zero failures, two inherited ignored tests.
  • UI tests: 170 passed.
  • UI typecheck, i18n/style checks and production build passed.
  • Synthetic Chrome upload smoke passed with no console warnings or errors.
  • GitHub Actions remains manually disabled; checks run locally.

GrowthLab v0.1.0-alpha.3

Pre-release

Choose a tag to compare

@OthmaneBlial OthmaneBlial released this 16 Sep 16:28

GrowthLab 0.1.0-alpha.3 (source prerelease)

This source prerelease adds a focused local SEO workflow:

  • growthlab seo-audit --html <file> reviews one regular UTF-8 HTML file without a network request.
  • JSON and Markdown output expose the same seo-page-hygiene-v1 rubric used by the dashboard.
  • Symlinks, directories, non-UTF-8 input and files larger than 4 MiB are refused.
  • The eight structural dimensions remain explicitly ESTIMATED; this release claims no ranking, traffic or conversion result.

Local validation: 919 tests per binary, 917 passed, zero failures and two inherited ignored tests; Clippy and formatting passed; real bundled demo smoke passed. GitHub Actions remains disabled and validation is local only.

This is a source prerelease. No standalone binaries or installers are attached. Native-agent verification, Linux runtime proof, real recording, measurement and cross-platform packaging remain on the roadmap.

GrowthLab v0.1.0-alpha.2 — SEO growth rubric

Choose a tag to compare

@OthmaneBlial OthmaneBlial released this 16 Sep 15:56

What changed

GrowthLab is now presented clearly as an SEO growth tool for landing pages, content ideas, and onboarding changes.

This alpha adds an explainable SEO page hygiene review to every archived HTML candidate. The 100-point estimate shows its title, description, headings, language, useful copy, canonical URL, links, and image-description signals with evidence for each dimension. It is marked ESTIMATED and never claims rankings, traffic, or conversion lift.

The review is available in the local dashboard comparison and in private Markdown/HTML evidence reports. The bundled demo and API smoke checks verify that three sealed variants still run real commands and expose the rubric without touching a product workspace.

Validation

  • cargo test --locked --quiet -- --test-threads=1 — 914 passed, 0 failed, 2 ignored per test binary
  • cargo check --locked
  • cargo clippy --all-targets --locked -- -D warnings
  • UI typecheck, 167 tests, i18n/style lint, and production build
  • Bundled demo smoke with screenshot capture
  • Cloud CI remains disabled; checks run locally only

This is a source alpha. Real search rankings, traffic, conversions, native-agent battles, and cross-platform packaging remain open work.

GrowthLab v0.1.0-alpha.19

GrowthLab v0.1.0-alpha.19 is a source and macOS arm64 prerelease for the local
SEO growth workspace.

Included

  • Added a downloadable growthlab-v0.1.0-alpha.19-macos-arm64.tar.gz containing
the native growthlab CLI, README, demo and distribution guides, MIT license,
OpenResearch attribution notice and all six checked-in dependency notices.
  • Added a matching SHA-256 checksum file and aligned Cargo package metadata so
    growthlab --version reports 0.1.0-alpha.19.
  • Added an offline archive verifier that checks checksums, rejects traversal and
unexpected links, and runs the binary when the target matches the host.
  • Kept the archive source-first and local: it includes no provider credentials,
installer signing, notarization or telemetry claims.

Limits

The binary is validated on macOS arm64 only. Linux and Windows binaries,
installers, signing and notarization remain pending. Provider adapters,
native-agent execution, full visual regression and assistive-technology
accessibility validation, and measured SEO outcomes remain unverified. GitHub
Actions is disabled; validation runs locally.
