PyFFmpegCore v0.3.0: verifiable managed FFmpeg workflows

PyFFmpegCore remains a local-first beta. FFmpeg and FFprobe stay explicit
system dependencies. This release strengthens the inspect → execute → verify
flow without claiming that metadata probing is a full decode or a sandbox.

What changed

  • Managed jobs verify that declared outputs exist, are non-empty, and are
readable by FFprobe when available. Missing or invalid outputs fail
validation; unavailable FFprobe is reported as unverified.
  • Built-in profiles check their promised codecs, stream types, pixel format,
and selected subtitle language against output probe facts.
  • convert --preserve-all-streams compares input and output stream types,
codecs, and languages; receipts retain the comparison evidence.
  • Plans warn when default stream selection omits additional tracks. Human probe
output lists every stream and labels differing frame rates as a VFR clue.
  • Accessibility subtitle language is supported in the profile and versioned
batch manifest schema 1.1; schema 1.0 remains supported.
  • Subprocess text uses explicit UTF-8 decoding with replacement across the
    runner and release helpers.

Verification

The FFprobe checks cover readable container metadata and documented profile
contracts. They do not decode every packet or frame, and remote or unprobeable
inputs can remain unverified. No hostile-media sandbox is claimed.
