pyffmpegcore v0.3.2: source-aware target-size planning

PyFFmpegCore remains a local-first beta. FFmpeg and FFprobe stay explicit
system dependencies. This patch accounts for source audio streams when
estimating two-pass target-size budgets.

What changed

• Video-only inputs no longer reserve target bytes for an absent audio stream.
• Video-only inputs no longer require an audio encoder for two-pass compression.

Target-size estimates depend on the input streams and codec behavior. A size
target does not guarantee perceptual quality; inspect the result for your media.
