v1.0.10:
Ottili Foundation Framework v1.0.10 — initial open-source release.

First public release of the Foundation Framework (Variant C): the open subset of
the Ottili product runtime — design system, app shell, context, customization,

validation CLI tools, and the authoritative spec.
