Anyone else facing this?

I'm getting a blank window when opening Outline Manager on macOS Ventura.

Steps to reproduce

1. Download Outline Manager for Mac from here: https://s3.amazonaws.com/outline-releases/manager/macos/stable/Outline-Manager.dmg
2. Double click the dmg file and drag Outline Manager to the Applications folder
3. Open Outline Manager and accept the security warning
4. Blank window shows up as in the screenshot.

Unfortunately weren't able to repo this - can you try updating to version 1.18? Closing this, but will reopen if anyone else is encountering the same problem.
