Model preview doesn't use embedded materials

Description

When previewing a model asset, it always uses the default material instead of the embedded materials when applicable.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Double click on "Mannequin" in Engine/Models/
2. Notice that it uses the default material instead of being colored

Expected behavior

Use the embedded materials in asset preview when possible.
