  key points now get speaker attribution and preceding-lines context.
• Anti-fabrication guard: a key point is dropped unless its quote appears
  verbatim in the transcribed window.
• Model visibility: toast + transcript marker when the active model
  changes; key points and exports show which model produced them.
• Accurate timestamps: key points are stamped with the time the statement
  was made, not when the card appeared.
