v0.2.2: feat(auth): Google + GitHub OAuth + SMTP email verification

Adds three new sign-up paths on the website:

- Google OAuth — better-auth socialProvider, env GOOGLE_CLIENT_ID +
  GOOGLE_CLIENT_SECRET. Callback /api/auth/callback/google.
- GitHub OAuth — env GITHUB_CLIENT_ID + GITHUB_CLIENT_SECRET. Callback
  /api/auth/callback/github.
- Email + password with a real verification email. SMTP via nodemailer
  (SMTP_HOST/PORT/USER/PASS/SECURE/EMAIL_FROM). Sign-in is gated on
  emailVerified when SMTP is configured; in dev with no SMTP the
  verification URL is logged to stdout so signup still works.

Other pieces:
- /api/auth-config exposes which OAuth providers are wired up so the
  UI hides the buttons admins haven't configured.
- /auth/signup shows a "check your inbox" landing screen when the API
  signals the new account is awaiting verification.
- Password-reset emails reuse the same SMTP path via better-auth's
  sendResetPassword hook.
- .env.example documents WEB_URL, the OAuth client envs, and the SMTP
  block.
