v0.2.3: feat(auth): account page - profile picture, name edit, delete account

- /account page (and root re-export) for the signed-in user. Surfaces:
  * profile picture upload (png/jpeg/webp ≤ 8 MB). Presigned PUT to
    object storage, then better-auth updateUser({ image }) writes the
    public URL onto the user row.
  * display-name edit via authClient.updateUser.
  * danger-zone "delete my account" — better-auth's deleteUser
    endpoint (now enabled). Cascades sessions + linked OAuth accounts.
    Mods the user owned stay published but lose their owner
    (mod.ownerId is set null via existing FK on user delete).
- API: POST /api/me/avatar — owner-scoped presign for avatar PUT.
  Stored under avatars/<userId>/<random>.<ext>. Reuses the 8 MB cap
  schema from mod cover images.
- .env.example documents IONOS SMTP defaults (smtp.ionos.de, port
  465+SECURE=true or 587+SECURE=false; SMTP_USER is the full mailbox).
- Nav grows an "Account" link.
