KeepMyConfig v26.0-Alpha.8
Completes the pinned policy so provider fields that must not change cannot slip back in.
Fixed
- A pinned path that is rewritten (not removed) now scores
+2and forces a clobber classification, sowatchrepairs it. Previously only removals were caught, and a value changed in place stayed below the threshold and was captured as a user edit.
Why it matters
Codex routes into remote compaction v2 whenever [model_providers.<id>].name = "OpenAI", and CC Switch re-adds that field on every rewrite. Pinning model_providers.SailsAPI.name keeps the third-party provider out of that gate; this release closes the rewrite hole that could have left it in place.
Verified
cargo test --workspace: 42 tests passing (23 core unit + 13 workflow + 3 CLI + 3 autostart).clippy -D warningsandfmt --checkclean; CI green on Windows and Linux for commit 844035e.- A simulated CC Switch rewrite that restores
name = "OpenAI"is classified as a clobber and repaired.

Alpha notice: CLI flags and policy defaults may change before v26.0. CC Switch database writes remain opt-in (
--apply), dry-run by default, and always preceded by a backup.
