RootHide on Dopamine 3 v3.0.4

First validated release of the RootHide port based on Dopamine 3.0.4.

Highlights

• Ported the RootHide jailbreak environment to the Dopamine 3 codebase.
• Preserved the randomized RootHide jbroot and package environment.
• Integrated Sileo and restored package installation support.
• Validated on iPhone 14 Pro Max (iPhone15,3) running iOS 16.6.

Fixes

• Fixed the launchd availability-check recursion that caused EXC_BREAKPOINT and a device reboot.
• Fixed the opainject launchd watchdog deadlock around arbCall.
• Added bounded launchd primitive handoff waits instead of indefinite UI hangs.
• Corrected RootHide package-manager paths and runtime tool dependencies.
• Moved application update checks to this repository.

Notes

This build is experimental. Device and iOS combinations other than the tested configuration should be treated as unverified. Remove incompatible tweaks if SpringBoard enters a respring loop.
