FSR3.0 Mod Setup Utility

- To install one of the options, simply check the "Nvngx.dll" box and select an option. (DLSS 4 is not required for the FSR 3.1.3/DLSS/G (Only Optiscaler) mod as it is already included.)

DLSS 4 added
- It is recommended to check the FSR 3.1.3/DLSS (Only Optiscaler) guide in the FSR Guide, as it contains important information on how to use DLSS 4 (Only RTX).
An option to enable the DLSS Overlay has been added (it is useful to see if Preset J is enabled. Simply select "Yes" in the "DLSS Overlay" window that appears during installation).

- It is recommended to check the guide before installation.
GTA Trilogy

OptiScaler v0.7.7-pre5
- Fixed DLSS-D (RR) crash
- Fixed internal config settings saved to ini
- Started to use original FSR dll's again, might need to set UseFGSwapChain=false with RDR1
- Hopefully OptiFG should be more stable
- Prevented FSR3 input double hooks
- Added 4 options to fine-tune Hudfix and OptiFG
- Added option to enable/disable FSR2 pattern matching
- Made Inputs menu options visible when no upscaler context is available
- Fixed some issues with the installer & uninstaller batch file when Nvidia is selected
- Added a check to prevent crashes with FMF2 & FSR inputs
