Talos CLI 0.1.2

Patch release: Perlica/Talos prompt identity repair and delivery on the Talos fork.

Changes

• Merge PR #1: bundled prompts and runtime surfaces no longer leak Mavis / orchestrator in owner-facing <agent-context>; model-visible subagent tool examples use talos({ ... }); display name seed Perlica with primaryDisplayName on the V2 owner agent.

• Full pnpm verify PASS at 892bf9f on Windows (verification record).
• Owner interactive identity re-acceptance pass after routing-field removal.
• Internal routing keys (mavis agent id, skill flags, etc.) unchanged by design.
