Our code is compiled using g++ 5.4.1 (or later version), which supports the Cilk Plus extensions.
This library (Parallel Augmented Maps, PAM) supports an interface for augmented maps. It is parallel, work-efficient and supports persistence.
We use the open source library PBBS (http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~pbbs/index.html).
