v0.2.1

This patch completes the integration of the optional modules' first stable releases into the core's development checkout and shared documentation. The production object model and API are unchanged from 0.2.0.

• Development dependencies now require pdftoolkit/pdf-reader, pdftoolkit/pdf-images and pdftoolkit/pdf-fonts in their stable 0.1 series; composer.lock fixes their published 0.1.0 tags and exact source commits.
• The core development branch and CI validation checkouts identify as 0.2.x-dev, satisfying the modules' stable roukmoute/pdf:^0.2 constraint when validating the current core checkout.
• Shared API and tutorial source links use the published module commits. The installation guides and documentation identify core 0.2.1 as the latest stable release.

Installing only the core still installs none of the optional modules. PHP 8.3 or later is required; the quality checks cover PHP 8.3, 8.4 and 8.5.
