PRODUCTION: NexDrop-release-unsigned.apk (v1.1.0, code 2) — UNSIGNED: sign before distribution with 'apksigner sign --ks release.keystore NexDrop-release-unsigned.apk', then install.
ENGINEERING: NexDrop-debug.apk installs directly (allow 'install unknown apps'). NexDropTV-debug.apk is the optional receive-only TV client.
Contains the verified native NDT1 TCP transport (TurboSender/TurboReceiver), ONE-QR pairing, Accept/Decline, pause/resume/cancel, streaming SHA-256 verification, honest telemetry (negative-speed bug fixed), production UI, and the PWA (WebRTC) fallback. Benchmarks live under Settings → Device Test.
