- AGENTS.md: append Contributing policy section (sign-off, AI disclosure, prose conventions, one-change-per-PR) - CONTRIBUTING.md: expand AI assistance section with the opt-in commit-message helper instructions The prepare-commit-msg hook and its underlying AI-assist trailer convention already landed on main via PR #8; this PR only adds the surrounding contributor-facing policy text that references it. The pdpp images are now published + public at ghcr.io/pdp-connect/pdpp/*. Swap the 36 hardcoded ghcr.io/vana-com/pdpp/* consumer/deploy/spec refs to pdp-connect, plus the runtime image path + owner-instruction text in check-railway-ghcr-public.mjs (and its test) which probes the published image. What this does
Adds the contribution baseline agreed for PDP-Connect repos:
CONTRIBUTING.mdand states the prose/PR conventions..github/hooks/prepare-commit-msg— opt-inAssisted-by: AItrailer. Off by default (PDPP_AI_ASSISTED=1to enable); contributors who do not use AI never get the trailer. Install per clone:git config core.hooksPath .github/hooks.How it was verified
Docs + hook only, no code paths touched. Hook logic confirmed opt-in (exits unless
PDPP_AI_ASSISTED=1). Commit is DCO signed-off and SSH-signed.Assisted-by: AI
