Includes: * Updating the installation instructions to only explain how to install using Composer * Remove section about upgrading to PHPCompatibility 9.0. * Remove "Thanks" section as the information in that section was very dated. * Add "Funding" section. * Correct the spelling for `PHP_CodeSniffer` (the `_` was often missing). * Minor other tweaks.
