Kiln is a Swift server runtime from P.Industries. It combines process supervision, local ingress, credential storage and SSH administration so application modules can be deployed independently.
This is a developer preview. The current runtime assumes trusted application code. Peer adoption does not imply automatic failover or replicated storage.
- Getting started — download a prebuilt runtime, connect and run the REST/WebSocket examples.
- Architecture — runtime boundaries, module releases and peer control.
- Operations — identities, Vault, telemetry, terminals and AI task controls.
- Security — trust model and private vulnerability reporting.
- Roadmap — priorities and contribution workflow.
- Delivery status — dated publication and website validation evidence.
The repository's docs are versioned with the implementation. This wiki provides the navigation and operational overview.
Kiln is licensed under Apache 2.0. Applications and custom modules may use their own licenses; dependency and redistribution obligations still apply.
