02-getPancreaticData.py Failing due to Possible Seg Fault issue

I'm not 100% positive if this will be reproducible, but I am noting it here in case this persists / it may be slightly helpful to someone in the future even if I end up closing this later today.

This same dataset has been successfully built numerous times this week, so I'm not sure what changed.

Error 1:
Segmention fault that appeared after the file download step completed.

Then I rebuilt the docker image with no caching.

Error 2:
No Segmentation fault, but the docker container is hanging indefinitely around the same step.
