Bug Fixes

• fix(planned): Recurring starting today now correctly sets nextOccurrence to today instead of skipping to next month. The first occurrence was previously lost.
• fix(i18n): Deletion confirmation dialogs for transactions and recurring entries now show the description instead of "undefined" (was using wrong template variable {{name}} instead of {{description}})
• fix(tabs): Persisted account tab validated against loaded accounts
• fix(ui): Amount column widened to prevent overflow with thousands separator
• fix(ratelimit): Global rate limit increased to 200 req/min (was 100/15min)
• feat(logs): Application name and version displayed on startup

Tests

• Integration test verifies recurring starting today appears in forecast
• All tests use >= for date comparisons to correctly handle today's occurrences
• 390 unit + 186 integration tests passing on SQLite, MariaDB, PostgreSQL
