What's changed

  • --deep flag — mutual critique round injected between debate and synthesis. Each model critiques the others' arguments before the chairman writes the ADR. Based on the ICE paper (medrxiv Dec 2024): +7–45% accuracy on hard benchmarks.
  • Synthesis spinner — animated dots with rotating thematic messages while the chairman writes, cycling every 4 seconds.
  • Round counter — Round N of M correctly counts the injected critique round with --deep.
  • Output paths — plain paths after each run (dropped OSC 8 hyperlinks, not supported in macOS Terminal.app).
