v0.7.0 — Contemporary Thai Architecture, Local Offsets, Composite Hip Roofs & Host Openings
Overview
debim v0.7.0 introduces deep geometric and architectural parametric enhancements derived from modeling complex real-world residential architecture ('บ้านร่วมสมัย ๙' - 168 BIM Elements). This release eliminates auxiliary dummy grid workarounds, handles non-convex roofs with automatic valley/hip ridge solvers, simplifies recessed/sunken slabs, enables host-wall window/door auto-punching, and supports multi-flight dog-leg stair scheduling.
1. Local Grid Expressions & Arithmetic Boundary Offsets
- Eliminates auxiliary virtual grids for cantilevers, balconies, and wet areas.
- Arithmetic expressions: ['1 - 0.60', 'B + 1.20'] inside boundary and voids.
- Recessed/sunken slabs via elevation_offset on IfcSlab.
2. L-Shaped Composite Hip Roof with 3D Valley & Hip Solver
- Solves 3D bisector intersections to generate hips (สันตะเข้) and valleys (ตะเข้ราง) automatically.
- Supports multi-level eaves and non-convex roof footprints.
3. Host-Wall Auto-Punching & Multi-Storey Openings
- host_wall: TAG automatically punches boolean cutouts through wall geometry.
- span_storeys: ['L1', 'L2'] allows tall stairwell windows across multiple floors.
4. Multi-Flight Dog-Leg Stairs Scheduling & Landing Elevation
- Explicit flight step distribution: flight_steps: [11, 6].
- Explicit landing elevation datum: landing_elevation: 2.20.
- Exact monolithic RC waist and landing QTO.
5. Documentation, Skills & AI Context Updates
- Updated SKILL.md, llms.txt, and README.md with v0.7.0 declarative schemas.
