Overview

debim v0.8.0 incorporates key technical feedback from real-world residential modeling ('บ้านครอบครัวไทยเป็นสุข ๘' - 214 BIM Elements). This release introduces dual Pydantic compatibility for air-gapped sandboxes, single-point offsets, framing array macros, interactive 3D storey isolation, and net wall opening deductions.

1. Pydantic v1 & v2 Dual-Compatibility Shim

• Seamless execution in older Google Colab and Linux environments without RootModel ImportError.

2. Point Offsets & Grid Arithmetic on Columns, Footings, and Walls

• Direct offset_x & offset_y on ColumnPlacement, FootingPlacement, and WallPlacement.
• Support for arithmetic grid coordinates: grid: ['3 + 1.00', 'ข - 0.50'].

3. Structural Framing Array Macros (ColumnGrid & BeamBay)

• Eliminate repetitive line-by-line coding: automatically expand 2D grid matrices into distinct IfcColumn and IfcBeam entities.

4. Smart 3D Floor Isolation & Net Wall Area Deductions

• Interactive storey filter buttons in Three.js WebGL viewer to isolate and inspect interior framing.
• Precise net masonry and plaster deductions for host-wall window/door openings in QTO and Thai CGD ว480 BOQ.
