Step 2 of the release runbook for 0.13.14: rename
## [unreleased]to the version and date, and curate its entries. The version itself is already 0.13.14, set by 0.13.13's patch bump.80 commits from 7 contributors since 0.13.13, most of them bot-authored fixes from tend and dependabot bumps. Selected for the changelog: the
append by:nameimplementation, five user-visible compiler fixes, three binding fixes, and the crates.io Trusted Publishing migration. Omitted: dependency bumps, tend workflow version bumps beyond a single summary line, and internal-only error-handling changes on paths that normal compilation can't reach (#6032).No new contributors this cycle — @queelius first appeared in 0.13.12, @kgutwin and @lukapeschke earlier still.
