SMS Settings Counts #342
Description
When an SMS is set to ignore or allow specific global settings, its status in SingleMarketSettingsSummary is not reset when it should be, either due to an offtrigger or simply not meeting the triggers.
Although the SMS settings are written to PAIRS or DCA correctly, the SMS control page still shows such settings as active, and the count reflects this.
