stoat BHcorrect is used to perform the Benjamini-Hochberg procedure and add the adjusted p-value to a tsv file produced by stoat test.

Usage

stoat BHcorrect --tsv [tsv file] --p-index [index of p-value column (1-indexed)] --adjusted-p-index [index of adjusted p-value column]
