Simulation and calculated results — including thermal behavior, current loading, voltage sag, lifetime and protection-related values — are engineering estimates and should be verified against current manufacturer datasheets, BMS documentation, physical measurements and applicable safety or certification requirements before constructing or modifying a real battery pack.
