Stale Preview on No Selection

• Fixed: When triggering copy with no text selected, popup now shows default message instead of stale content from previous copy
• Content script sends noSelection notification to clear queued preview
• Popup receives NO_SELECTION message to clear any already-displayed preview

Same-Extension Page Message

• Fixed: When on extension's own options page, now shows accurate message "Cannot copy from extension settings pages" instead of "pages from other extensions"
• Added same-extension-page detection by comparing URL extension ID with chrome.runtime.id

Technical Details

• 330 unit tests passing
• 16 E2E tests passing
• No breaking changes
