Updates Checklist (0.2.11), BDD Scenarios (0.3.5), GitHub Integration (0.3.5), Webhooks (0.1.9), Time Logging (0.2.3), and Dashboard (0.3.3) to their latest released versions and artifact URLs. SMTP Email stays at 0.1.1 (unchanged, no new release). These releases all carry the JSONBody[T] TinyGo type-name-collision fix (Paca-AI/paca#445, Paca-AI/paca-plugin-github#24 for the root-cause writeup). All 35 artifact URLs verified reachable (HTTP 200) before committing.
