v0.2.0 — security hardening + recurring tasks

- Adversarial-review fixes (PR #1): real two-step delete confirmation with
  recursive blast-radius count, validate-before-mutate, audit resilience,
  checksum-verified/SHA-pinned build pipeline, owner-only secret permissions.
- Recurring tasks (PR #2): create/read/edit/clear repetition rules
  (iCalendar RRULE), with a second adversarial pass fixing atomicity and
  repeating-task completion.

Local-only release (Claude Desktop .mcpb + Claude Code). The cloud relay is
a separate work-in-progress, not part of this tag.
