We encountered this issue as well. For us, the issue was due to the version mismatch between paddleocr and paddlepaddle (3.1.1 vs 3.3.0). Once we downgraded paddlepaddle to match the version of paddleocr, the issue went away.

Did you check onednn if it is really working or just passed?
I tested Python 3.12.9+paddlepaddle 3.3.1+paddleocr 3.5.0
cannot use onednn

Python 3.12.9+paddlepaddle 3.2.2+paddleocr 3.5.0
it passed, CMD set DNNL_VERBOSE=1 I see onednn is running

it look like on log is turn on, but it seems onednn not running
