• Edit @tool planner args to use Command with InjectedState and InjectedToolCallID.
• Edit @tool code_executor args plans(str) -> plans(Annotated[str, InjectedState("plans")]) (WIP) -> Need to edit @tool code_executor to write code -> test -> execute with HumanInterrupt
