@PangomNet PangomNet released this 31 May 17:35

Today I am pleased to announce the latest release.
Version 0.0.1.6 Freesia is the next public stable release of oOPlay. This means that it replaces version 0.0.1.4 as the default version on the CDN and will be handled as the latest version built for production use.

Use it now:

You can run oOPlay on your server, all you need is PHP 7 or higher.
Or use the player via the CDN: Instructions can be found here

This is new in oOPlay Freesia

  • The layout of the window about oOPlay has been adjusted.
  • Color schemes slightly changed
  • Slight changes in the arrangement of the buttons in the lower menu bar
  • Corrections to brand mentions. It is called oOPlay not oOPlayer

Furthermore, Freesia naturally contains all the new features of the previous Tesreleases:

0.0.1.5 Eucalyptus (TESTRELEASE)

  • cast.js is only loaded if the necessary conditions are met
  • Autoplay has been removed
  • Preloader has been deactivated
  • Numerous minor code adjustments for the Safari webkit renderer
  • Implementation of a config.php for global variables
  • For instances of oOPlayer that are operated publicly on the Internet, but either require their own privacy policy or an imprint or cannot link to any others, a rudimentary interface has been created under engine/legal/index.php to insert the corresponding documents there. To ensure that the page is also linked in the interface, it must also be defined in config.php. (/engine/legal/index.php)
  • LAUT extension: In the “About the station” window, the links to the respective sources are now displayed as icons. The link to the Laut.fm page is displayed next to the website link. The URL of the website is filtered. If a station uses one of the following URLs in the station URL at Laut, the logo for this service is automatically used instead of the link image. x.com/twitter.com = x-logo, facebook.com/fb.me = facebook-logo, instagram.com = instagram-logo, laut.fm = laut-logo. Sorry, but a Facebook page is not a channel URL, that's not what the field is for - there are separate fields for that. -- The text “XXX is a user-generated radio station” has been removed, it has been replaced by the logo.
