Peace & Liberty Patch 1

PATCH NOTES

• Made the window resizable
• Camera now moves towards the mouse
• Added zoom-in feature via right mouse button
• Fixed an issue where enemies were rotated when they shouldn't be
• Rinky's store is now guaranteed to have at least 75% weapon power between all weapons
• Level transition is now slightly smoother
• You now have to be near the spaceship to click on it

This is a QoL patch that really just fixes some gripes people had without actually adding too much.

NOTE: This technically adds new features, and by Ludum Dare rules, this version is not for judging.
