Added QOL Changes to:
Main menu GUI. Added tabbing and hitting return/enter to connect.
Added out-of-logic coloring to customers on map. This will better help understand the checks to go for.
Updated realtor to have better GUI. Shows prices and will show all available purchases regardless of money.
Fixed instance where Hyland Manor would not be purchasable
