That's the latest version of spark (the plugin) yes, but the last published version of spark-paper on paper's repository is from build 172, so it's all good |

Just for my information, What's the difference between both (bukkit plugin & spark-paper) in term of code etc? |

Most of the code is the same, the difference is just that the plugin has logic to load itself as a bukkit plugin, and the paper module is intended to be integrated with the server without being a plugin |

Bumps spark paper to the latest release, and also re-enables using JBR for local testing. I couldn't see JBR having any issues with the current version of spark we were on anymore, but still bumped spark anyways.
The addition of the enable-native-access flag matches what paperweight already includes of the manifest of every paperclip jar & silences a startup warning during local development.
