MPI PIC implementation with manual LB

Is the MPI PIC implementation with manual application-specific load balancing available somewhere? It is presented in the 2017 Wijngaart paper (cited below) on the PIC PRK benchmark, along with the static MPI and AMPI implementations. While the later two are in the ParRes repo, I wasn't able to find the MPI LB implementation. Thanks!
