EU4 to Vic3 Converter

0.2.1B -Belgrade

This is a significant compatch supporting Vic3 1.3 and EU4 1.35, packing lots of mapping revisions, manual ironing and economy tweaks.

Hotfixes

  • Fix for CTD when country has no incorporated states.

Coldfixes

  • Added 1.35 idea effects to law reforms and other applications.
  • Updated diplomap with new 1.35 subjects.
  • Vacate excess Treaty Port pops elsewhere - so they don't starve due to lack of arable clay.
  • Liberate slaves in countries where slavery is banned - all slave pops changed to free pops.

Enhancements

  • Not incorporating excess states with discriminated homelands to save on bureaucracy needs.
  • Setting up trade ports whenever possible (trade company owning only a single - port - province in a state)
  • Colonial & Manifest Destiny claims - so the colonial nations are shepherded into expanding.
  • Starvation risk warning for using Absolute Superregional Popshaping - but also economy alterations to give overcrowded states more industrial jobs.
  • Dev-based economy model - whole new method of construction worldwide economy.

Shuffles

  • Huge amount of province mapping revisions. Special focus on trade ports whenever it's possible to isolate them.
  • Revision to the base map, removing lots of unnecessary impassables.
