0.7 Graz - for EU4[1.37] and Vic3[1.10]
EU4 to Vic3 Converter
0.7 - Graz
It's been almost a year since the last formal release. With EU4 stopping development, we've had more maintenance than any serious work. The 1.10 update, however, was more akin to a bomb. We had to rebuild parts of the converter from scratch, simple patching wouldn't do. Fortunately we now stable (I think? I hope?), and converter is working properly once more.
Hotfixes
- Fixed an issue where converter would crash if someone owned sea tiles (botched console usage).
Coldfixes
- Various updates to DW submod as Vic3 keeps changing state names and whatnot.
- Fixed several issues with colonies, as Vic3 keeps changing what colonies are, among other things.
- Many fixes to laws, governance types, buildings, wealth stratas, colonial procedures and journals and so on.
Enhancements
- Reenabled Third Odyssey support. Since Vic3 keeps changing the map, I gave up on trying to keep the Elysia state which requires redrawing all rails, roads and ports. TO now uses the vanilla map, along with as much name changes I could cram in.
- TO support also has the ability to dynamically change state and hub names according to whomever controls them - Elysians, Spartans, Norse, (Albanians), etc.
- For reasons unknown, Extended Timeline is still supported and updated.
- Implemented a global population multiplier. This is really good - you can delete 30% of the world population and suddenly far fewer issues with starvation (since arable clay is limited and static) - while maintaining your population density compared to others.
Shuffles
- More colonial culture names for various scenarios.
- Standard run-of-the-mill fixes to everything else (cultures, religions, country mappings, you name it).
