Highlights

CHANGELOG.md has been backfilled for all prior tags from v0.1.0 through v1.2.0, and the README now documents the changelog job and the Conventional Commit convention it relies on. The workflow requires an org-level ANTHROPIC_API_KEY secret, and falls back to a placeholder paragraph if it is unset.
