What's new

• Many pages, one zip. Up to 24 pages per daftar. Add, duplicate, reorder, and remove them from the page strip, then export them all as one ZIP.
• Four new papers. Takht-e Jamshid, Shush, Royal Arghavan, and Achaemenid Gold, for 12 in total. Papers now have grain, foxing, fibers, and a centre crease.
• 20 Persian ornaments. Lamassu, Faravahar, Sarv, Boteh Jegheh, Cyrus, the Persepolis capital, and more, chosen from a visual picker.
• Random poem. One tap pulls a poem from Ganjoor's 132,000, weighted toward well-known poets.
• Your own photo under the paper. Drag it in, paste it with Ctrl+V, or pick a file. It is downscaled in the browser and never uploaded.
• One-handed mobile. A bottom dock and swipeable sheets, close to iOS in feel.
• Tidier desktop. Collapsible sidebar sections and instant tooltips on every tool.
• Undo, redo, and shortcuts. Ctrl+Z, Ctrl+S to download, Ctrl+K for Ganjoor, and Ctrl+Enter for a new page. A keycast shows each shortcut on the preview.
• Works offline. Install Daftar as a PWA. Fonts and Ganjoor poems are cached for use without a connection.
• Shorter share links. Links pack the daftar page by page and leave embedded images out.

Privacy

Unchanged. Your text, pages, and images never leave the browser. The only exception is a Ganjoor search query, which is sent to Ganjoor.

Daftar is a free and open-source page maker for Persian poetry. Write your own poem or choose one directly from Ganjoor, select the verses you want, then turn them into a beautiful, ready-to-share page using Persian typefaces, paper themes, and layouts.
