Max Pull Count Item and Bug Fixes

New Features:

• Added a max pull count button in the pull menu that sets the pull count to either the players available pull count, or the maximum pull count, whichever's highest.
• Added method to ensure old configs get updated with new values so user's don't have to reset their entire config

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed a bug that allowed players to keep an inventory item
